Growth Strategy

Growth strategy is the work of deciding where a business's next revenue comes from and building the system that delivers it. Momentum Inspire, a London-based consultancy for UK SMEs, delivers growth strategy in three connected parts: a diagnosis of where your pipeline leaks, a plan senior leadership can hold us to, and managed execution, so the strategy does not end life as a slide deck.

What is included?

  • A pipeline diagnosis: where enquiries come from today, where they stall, and what each stage is worth
  • A written growth plan with owners, deadlines and the numbers it will be judged against
  • Ideal client profiling and messaging that names who you serve and why they should care
  • Channel selection grounded in evidence rather than habit, including AI search visibility
  • Managed execution: outreach, CRM and content working to one plan
  • A monthly review against the plan, in plain English, with the numbers that matter

What does a growth strategy engagement actually look like?

The first month is diagnosis: we map how enquiries currently arrive, where they stall and what that costs. You then get a written plan with owners and numbers, and from month two we execute it, adjusting monthly against the results rather than defending the original document.

Who is this for?

Founders and senior leaders of UK SMEs who have real revenue but inconsistent pipeline: busy months followed by quiet ones, referrals that dry up without warning, or marketing activity that nobody can tie to income. If you cannot say where your next ten opportunities are coming from, this is the work that answers it.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is scoped to your engagement and shared on the call. There is no published price list and no self-serve checkout. Every engagement starts with a conversation with a founder and a signed service agreement, typically with a three-month initial commitment and a one-off onboarding fee agreed up front.

Frequently asked questions

Do you execute the strategy or just write it?
Both, and that is the point. The plan is written to be executed, covering outreach, CRM, content and reporting, by the same team that wrote it, so accountability for the outcome never changes hands.
How quickly should we expect results?
Diagnosis and plan land in the first month. Pipeline built by outreach and visibility work typically shows within the first quarter, which is why our standard initial commitment is three months, long enough to judge the system on evidence.
What does growth strategy cost?
Pricing is scoped on a call before any commitment, with a one-off onboarding fee agreed up front. There is no published price list, and the scope of the diagnosis and the pace of execution set the price, so we quote after understanding both.
