A private client portal is coming

The portal will show the outreach statistics we report on, including prospects reached, replies and conversations booked, updated as campaigns run rather than waiting for the monthly report.

It will also carry a request box (ask for changes, pauses or new exclusions and it lands directly with the team), your personalisation profile, and a private feedback channel that only the founders can read.

Until it opens, reporting comes to you directly from the team and nothing about how we work changes. We will announce it here when clients can sign in, rather than promising a date.

Coming later: an AI account agent in your portal

The agent will sit inside your portal and answer plain-English questions about your own campaigns: what went out, what changed and what is planned, using the same data the team works from.

Routine requests, such as adding an exclusion or pausing a sequence, will be handled by the agent and reviewed by a named person before anything changes. Nothing will act on your account unreviewed.

There is no date to announce yet. It ships when it meets the same standard as the rest of the service, and this page will say so when it does.

The first article, What is AEO?, is live now in the Insights section, and the series continues over the coming weeks: AEO versus SEO, what AEO costs in the UK, and how to judge whether your business needs it.

Every article follows the same rules as the rest of this site: a named author, direct answers under every heading, and no claim without a source.

The methodology behind our AEO work is already published in full on the methodology page, so you can check any score we quote.
