Where the terms of an engagement actually live
Momentum Inspire does not sell anything through this website. There is no checkout, no subscription and no payment taken online. Every engagement is scoped on a call and begins with a signed service agreement between Momentum Inspire Limited and the client.
That agreement is the binding document. It sets out the scope of work, the fees, the minimum term and notice period, what each side is responsible for, who owns the deliverables, how confidential information is handled, and the limits of liability. Nothing on this website varies or replaces it.
Can I see the service agreement before committing?
Yes. Ask for it at any point before you sign, including on the first call. Email connect@momentuminspire.com and a copy will be sent to you to read in your own time, or to pass to your own legal adviser.
