about me

I lead commercial delivery, operations, and client outcomes at Momentum Inspire. With over 25 years’ experience across financial services, technology, recruitment, and consumer sectors, I specialise in turning growth ambition into execution, building the systems, processes, and marketing engines that create predictable, measurable revenue.

I have founded and scaled businesses in regulated environments, including growing one organisation from zero to a 35-person team with 30–60% month-on-month revenue growth, while maintaining full compliance. As an adviser, I have supported 20+ businesses, delivering £ multi-million cumulative growth through data-led marketing, CRM implementation, automation, and targeted outreach, with typical campaigns achieving 3%+ conversion rates at scale. At Momentum Inspire, I work closely with leadership teams to ensure strategy translates into results, bringing clarity, structure, and calm commercial judgement to businesses ready to scale.

We have personally led multi-million Pound growth in a range of Micro SME, SME and Mid size businesses (£2million-£7 million in 18 months and £17 million - £24 million in 3 years)
