about me

I am a commercially focused business leader and adviser who helps founders and executive teams scale businesses and build organisations that are genuinely investable.

With a track record of delivering multi-million-pound growth, I have led and supported commercial and operational strategies that have resulted in founder exits and successful sales to global organisations, including acquisitions by firms such as Accenture.

I work closely with leadership teams to translate growth ambition into execution, putting in place the right infrastructure, performance indicators, and decision frameworks that acquirers and investors expect, while enabling businesses to scale with confidence and control.

At Momentum Inspire, our purpose is to be the place where ambitious businesses come to scale.

We have personally led multi-million Pound growth in a range of Micro SME, SME and Mid size businesses (£2million-£7 million in 18 months and £17 million - £24 million in 3 years)
